Zane Michael Smith (born June 9, 1999 in Huntington Beach, California) is an American driver in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. He currently drives the #38 Ford F-150 for Front Row Motorsports in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.

Early career[]

Before turning to NASCAR racing, Smith raced in BMX, go-karts, and Legend Cars. He raced super late models in 2015, recording victories in the World Series of Asphalt, Pro All Stars Series and the CARS Tour, as well as garnering a runner-up finish in the Snowball Derby. He has made 82 consecutive starts in the Truck series.

Crafton began his go-kart career at the age of five in 2004. He won 5 championships, 5 years in a row, then moving on to Legend Cars. He raced super late models in 2015, recording victories in the World Series of Asphalt, Pro All Stars Series and the CARS Tour, as well as garnering a runner-up finish in the Snowball Derby.

Craftsman Truck Series[]

Crafton made his Truck series debut in 2018 at the 2018 Eaton 200 at Gateway. Driving the Crosley Brands Toyota for DGR-Crosley, he qualified 10th and finished fifth.
