Viagra is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension. Pfizer advertised Viagra while it sponsored NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series teams.
In the Cup Series, Viagra began sponsoring Eel River Racing’s #27 Pontiac driven by Jeff Fuller and later Mike Bliss in 2000. After a poor season with Eel River Racing, Pfizer & Viagra moved to sponsor Mark Martin and the #6 Roush Racing Ford beginning in 2001. They would continue to sponsor Martin through the conclusion of the 2005 season, earning 3 wins, 2 poles and 3 Top-5 points finishes, including a runner up finish in points in 2002.
In the Craftsman Truck Series, Viagra sponsored Alex Tagliani and the #51 Toyota for one race, the Sunoco 159 at the Daytona International Speedway Road Course in the 2020 season.

Trivia[]
- Viagra was sometimes censored in NASCAR Diecasts and Video Games, much in the same way Alcoholic and Tobacco sponsors were. However, unlike Alcohol and Tobacco sponsors which were replaced by the driver's name, Viagra was usually replaced with Pfizer logos.
