Todd J. Gilliland (Born May, 15, 2000) is a NASCAR Cup Series Driver for Front Row Motorsports, Driving the No. 38 Ford Mustang. He is the son of NASCAR veteran David Gilliland. He is a 2-time NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Winner, Coming at Martinsville Speedway in 2019, and Circuit of The Americas in 2021.
