Tim Schendel in 2012 at Road America

Tim Schendel is a former NASCAR driver from Sparta, WI. He was a champion of the former NASCAR Midwest Series in 2006. In his major NASCAR career, Schendel has competed in 24 Nationwide Series event and three Craftsman Truck Series events.

Nationwide Series[]

His first Nationwide event came in 2006, racing for Mac Hill Motorsports at Memphis. Starting 26th in the field, Schendel was crashed early in the event and finished last (43rd). He returned in 2010 and completed several events each year until 2014 for 24 total events. His best career finish was 24th at IRP in 2011.

Craftsman Truck Series[]

His first two events in this series came in 2005, making his debut at his home track of Milwaukee. Starting 28th in the field, Schendel completed all but two laps in route to a solid 22nd place effort. He didn't fare any better in his other race at Homestead, as an early crash left him 32nd. He made another start in 2007 at IRP finishing 35th.
