Steve Christman, born September 22, 1947 is a former NASCAR driver from Ft. Wayne, IN. He competed in twenty Sprint Cup Series events in his career. All of those came in 1987, when Christman did a full-time schedule.
He made his debut at Richmond, starting 20th and finishing 29th in a car owned by Tom Winkle. Christman continued to drive the #62 AC-Delco Pontiac for the rest of the year, making twenty of the twenty-nine races. He would earn a career-best 11th place finish in his return to Richmond. It was one of six top-20 finishes, but those were coupled with DNFs in ten of his twenty starts. After finishing 27th in 1987 points, Christman did not compete in the 1988 season and has not raced in NASCAR since. He has been active in ARCA's Lincoln Welder Truck Series.
