Rodney "Shane" Sieg (August 23, 1982 - August 19, 2017)[1][2] was a NASCAR driver from Tucker, GA. He competed in two Busch Series events in his career (best finish of 37th), but had his most success in the Camping World Truck Series where he competed in sixty-eight events from 2003 to 2011. Sieg was impressive off the bat, finishing in the top-20 in each of his first four starts, and later bested that in 2004, with ten top-20's, bested by an eighth at Milwaukee. In 2011, Sieg was suspended indefinitely by NASCAR for violating their substance abuse policy.

Sieg passed away on August 19, 2017, just four days before his 35th birthday.
