Ryan Preece (October 25, 1990 - ) is a Whelen Modified Tour driver from Berlin, CT. He currently drives the famous #3 BRE Racing "Ol' Blue" Chevrolet on the Tour with sponsorship from Mizzy Construction, Davidson Company, and Reynold's Auto Wrecking. In 2008, he set a record for being the youngest winner in series history after taking the victory in the 2008 Made in America Whelen 300. While Erick Rudolph would eclipse that record shortly after the start of the 2009 season, Preece has added two more victories to his total in 2009, winning at Riverhead Raceway and Stafford Motor Speedway. Stafford has tended to be Preece's best track statistically on the Tour.
Despite not winning Rookie of the Year in 2007, Preece moved into the top-ten with a tenth place finish in 2008 points and earned his first two pole awards. With the afore mentioned wins in 2009, Preece was the runner-up in the final championship points.
