Robby Benton (June 28, 1979 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Harrisburg, NC. He competed in four Nationwide Series events and three Craftsman Truck Series events in his career. He currently owns the Nationwide Series and ARCA team RAB Racing.
Busch Series[]
Benton debuted in the series in 2002, racing at Daytona. He started last (43rd) in the event and only competed 67 of the 100 laps before finishing 40th.
His other three races came in early 2003, starting with a 37th at Daytona, which he matched the next race at Rockingham. In his final career race, Las Vegas, Benton drove to a career-best 26th place effort.
Craftsman Truck Series[]
Benton's three CTS races all came in 2003, driving for Billy Ballew Motorsports. Starting with a career-best 31st place finish at Loudon, Benton ended his debut with a 25th place finish, a finsh he matched in the next race at Fontana. In his final series start, at Vegas, Benton ended the event with a career-best 22nd place effort.
