Randy Butner (March 21, 1960 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Pfafftown, NC. He is still racing modifieds at Ace Speedway but also competed in five Nationwide Series events during his major NASCAR career.

Butner's debut came in 1983, when he competed at Greenville. It was not a very good race for the driver, who fell out of the race only four laps in and therefore struggled to a 23rd place finish. He did fare a little better in his other start that year, finishing 14th in a small field at Rougemont despite again falling out of the race.

Butner returned to the series for two races in the 1984 tour, seeing improved results lead to a career-high 61st place finish in points. Butner ran respectably well in his return to Rougemont, running his machine to a career-best 13th place finish. He also fared well later that year in his first trip to South Boston, surviving the tough short track with a 15th place finish.

Butner then made his final career start in 1985, competing for the first time at North Wilkesboro. Butner again ran mid-pack, not doing anything spectacular or anything that could get him in trouble. His conservative race led to a 14th place finish.
