The Pocono Organics CBD 325 was a 325-mile (523.037 km) NASCAR Cup Series race held annually at Pocono Raceway.

The Pocono Organics CBD 325 (then called the Van Scoy Diamond Mine 500) was added onto the Cup schedule in 1982 as a replacement for the 400-mile race at Texas World Speedway. Like Pocono's other race in July, the race was 500 miles long until 2012, when it was reduced to 400 miles. In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, both of Pocono's races were held on the same weekend and condensed. This race was condensed to 325 miles, and was held on Saturday afternoon. The Pocono doubleheader was carried into the 2021 schedule. However, in 2022, the race was replaced by the Enjoy Illinois 300 presented by TicketSmarter at Gateway.
