Otis Martin (March 1, 1918 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Bassett, VA. He competed in twenty-three Sprint Cup Series events in his career, racing part-time between 1949 and 1954. His best year was 1953, finishing 22nd in points and earning two of his six career top-tens. His best finish in a race did come that year: a 6th at Charlotte.
