John DuBoise (April 26, 1919 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Paterson, NJ. He competed in seven Sprint Cup Series events in his career, earning one top-ten.

DuBoise's debut came during the 1950 season, when he competed in the inaugural Southern 500 at Darlington. Starting 68th in the field of seventy-five, DuBoise ran an extremely solid race to make his way up to a 14th place finish. Yet he couldn't carry his momentum into his other start of the year, struggling to 24th in a tiny field at Vernon.

DuBoise's next three starts came during the 1951 season, when he finish a career-high 66th in points. For the most part, it was an extremely good year for DuBoise. After finishing 15th at Charlotte, DuBoise traveled back up north to his native Morristown Speedway and to earn a career-best 4th place finish. Unfortunately, a crash ended his year with a 28th place run at Langhorne.

DuBoise's last two starts came during the 1952 season, though they both proved to be an issue for the driver. A broken radiator at Langhorne left DuBoise 29th. He fared little better in his return to Morristown, where he ended his final career race in 21st place following a broken spindle.
