Innes Ireland, (June 12, 1930-October 23, 1993) is a former NASCAR driver from Prestiegne Rads, U.K. He competed in two Sprint Cup Series events in his career.
Both came in 1967, when Ireland drove for Ray Fox. Ireland made his debut at Daytona International Speedway, driving in the Gatorade Twins when that event was a points-paying race. Ireland started 11th in the event and drove a solid race. The result was not only a spot in the Daytona 500, but a tenth place finish in his debut. The next week, Ireland started 20th in the big race, but an engine exploded to the 27th position. Ireland never competed in NASCAR again. Stats
