Cotton Priddy is a former NASCAR driver from Louisville, KY. He competed in three Nextel Cup Series events in his career.

Priddy's debut came in 1953, when he competed at Daytona Beach. Starting 36th in the race, Priddy fell four laps down in the race but still managed to drive to an impressive 20th place finish. He also competed in the next race, finishing 31st of thirty-two at Spring Lake.

Priddy waited until June 10th, 1956 to compete in his other race, starting 21st in the field of twenty-nine at LeHi. This time, Priddy only lasted 38 laps before a crash resulted in multiple fractures. He died an hour later in a hospital in West Memphis,
