Clay Highberger is a former NASCAR driver from Salem, VA. He competed in three Nationwide Series events in his career.
Highberger's debut came in 1982, when he competed at Martinsville. Starting positions in the forty-car field are unknown, but Highberger had a decent race and wound up 24th. He was able to improve on that later in the year, finishing a career-best 18th at South Boston despite a crash.
Highberger had to wait until 1986 to compete in his final race, racing once again at Martinsville. Starting 30th in the field of thirty-two, Highberger again survived the tough track to emerge with a respectable 19th place run.
