Chad Little is a former NASCAR driver born in 1963 in Spokane, Washington. Originally a lawyer by trade, he first competed in a Winston Cup race in 1986 as a part-time driver. In 1989, he missed United Airlines Flight 232, which killed several of its passengers. He had become near full-time in 1991 but troubles came about and he decided to pursue a full time Busch Series career and won 6 races in 1995, placing second in Busch points. In 1997 Chad again had a full-time Winston Cup ride and in 1998, the team was bought by powerhouse Roush Racing. However, finishing a career-high 2nd at Texas in 1998, his results with Roush in the #97 John Deere ride were disappointing for the quality expected of a Roush driver and he was let go following the 2000 season. He raced in 3 Busch races and 1 Cup race in 2002 and has not competed in NASCAR competition since. He now has a part-time studio analyst job for Speed Channel. He is also the President for the NASCAR Mexico Corona Series.
