Bubba Nissen is a former NASCAR driver from Virginia Beach, VA. He competed in twenty-six Nationwide Series events in his career, racing part-time 1982 and 1985. Though his part-time schedule prevented Nissen from finishing high in points, Nissen still managed to garner eight top-ten efforts in his career. The best of those was a runner-up effort at Richmond in 1982.
