Bob Schwingle is a former NASCAR driver from Naples, NJ. He competed in two Nextel Cup Series events in his career.
His first race came in 1952, when Schwingle raced at Rochester. Schwingle had a stellar qualifying effort, starting 4th. But in the race, Schwingle fell out of the race late with tire woes and ended up 17th.
He would match that effort in his 1954 race, competing again at Rochester. He would once again finish 17th in the event, but was this time running at the finish.
