AT&T Inc. is a major American telecommunications company and one of the largest providers of mobile telephone and fixed telephone services in the United States.
The company has been involved in NASCAR sponsorships under various branding campaigns through the years, most notably AT&T Broadband, 1-800-CALL-ATT, and later through the Cingular and AT&T Mobility brands.
AT&T's time in NASCAR was primarily controversial due to a conflict between series sponsor, Sprint, and sponsoring telecommunication brands. After the sanctioning body effectively denied all submitted AT&T paint schemes, they were forced to run an all-orange car towards the end of their time in the series.
