The 1999 Busch Grand National Series was the 18th season of what is now known as the Xfinity Series . The season consisted of 32 races, starting with the NAPA Auto Parts 300 at Daytona International Speedway on February 13th and ending with the HotWheels.com 300 at Homestead-Miami Speedway on November 13th. Dale Earnhardt, Jr. won his second Busch Series championship, his second in a row.
