The 1984 Wrangler Sanfor-Set 400 was a Winston Cup Series (now Nextel Cup) event held at Richmond International Raceway on September 9, 1984. Darrell Waltrip won the event from the pole, leading 321 of 400 laps in route to a three-second victory on Ricky Rudd.
