The 1970 Southeastern 500 was a Grand National (now Sprint Cup) event held at Bristol Motor Speedway on April 5, 1970. Donnie Allison won his first race of the year in dominating fashion, leading 269 of the 500 laps in route to a three-lap victory on brother Bobby Allison. Eventual season champ Bobby Isaac finished 17th after mid-race engine woes. Stats
