The 1970 Home State 200 was a Grand National (now Sprint Cup) event held at North Carolina State Fairgrounds on September 30, 1970. Richard Petty dominated the event, leading 112 of the 200 laps in route to a two-lap victory on Neil Castles. Eventual season champion Bobby Isaac finished 3rd. Stats
