The 1963 Dixie 400 was a Grand National (now Nextel Cup) event held at Atlanta Motor Speedway on June 30, 1963. Junior Johnson dominated the event, leading 169 of 267 laps in route to a three-second victory on Fred Lorenzen. Eventual 1963 champ Joe Weatherly finished 5th. Stats
