The 1956-32 was a Grand National (now Sprint Cup) - Pacific Coast Late Model Series (now West Series) combination event held at California State Fairgrounds on July 8, 1956. Lloyd Dane held off a series of West Coast drivers to victory, his first career triumph. Eventual season champ Buck Baker did not compete in the event. Stats
