The 1952-06 was a Grand National (now Monster Energy Cup) event held at Columbia Speedway on April 12, 1952. Buck Baker dominated most of the event, leading 82 of the 200 laps en route to a fourteen-second victory on Lee Petty. It was Baker's first career victory.
